A seller and their Real Estate Agent were sued in California for not disclosing the house across the street that was rented by teenagers that partied every night. The buyer’s argument is the sellers deliberately concealed information regarding the problems. The sellers claim they told the buyers in conversation but failed to note the fact on the property disclosure. Moral of the story disclose, disclose, disclose.
