Over priced houses

If anyone buying a house thinks that every house is a bargain right now, watch out. I’ve seen a remarkable number of houses that are overpriced

and mostly for one basic reason.  Some people need to sell and owe more than their house is now worth.  They can’t afford to pay the difference and they put the house on the market at the high price in hopes that someone will love it enough to over pay.  The point for buyer’s is that it is more important than ever to get the right advice on their prospective home’s value.  In a volatile market, value is not so simple as some common websites would have you believe…
