What’s It Trying to Say?
While skimming through some listings I came across this photo of a home in an established and desireable community in Columbus. It prompted me to consider how an image like this speaks, or in this case, doesn’t utter a word. Is the front door this homes best asset? Who knows, it’s the only picture of the exterior. When your home is being sought out by agents and buyers, don’t you want it to scream “LOOK AT ME!”
There is power in good design, and in real estate, that is shown through photographs. A little advice? Make those good too.
