June Stats Released: Sales strong, inventory incredible
June home closings in central Ohio continued to improve over last year, increasing by more than 10 percent to 2,315. Not only that but the number of days homes spend on the market and month’s supply are both down.

I think a lot of this is due to timing of tax credits and moved transactions to earlier in the year. I teach classes to real estate agents and my sense is things have slowed down. I don’t think the market is going to have a significant drop and there is more good news then bad. I just don’t think things are going to improve significantly if you are a seller. Of course this is good news for buyers.
