After approximately 40 years in the commercial real estate profession, I started Mike Nurre Home Inspections, LLC. My philosophy is to not only facilitate the transaction, but to educate the client about their home and to instruct them on required maintenance. I am committed to taking whatever time is necessary to ensure the client understands how to maintain the value of their investment. In addition to a thorough home inspection, I focus on Life/Safety Issues as well as Moisture Penetration.
During my professional career, I have been involved in the construction and development of high rise office buildings, retail centers, apartments, and bulk warehouse properties as well as acquisition/disposition, and asset management. In addition, I have renovated and resold twenty single family homes. I hold a Bachelors degree in Business and Economics as well as an MBA.
I am a Certified Home Inspector through the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The requirements of certification include passing the annual re-certification exam and completing 24 hours of continuing education.
